1st Blog!

so this is my first post, thought this was a good idea seeing as when i gave up smoking (22 months smokefree!) I had support and I succeeded very well, Loosing weight is a more sensitive topic for me, I’ve always been overweight but never as big as I am now I put on over 25kgs since having my son I blamed it mainly on Breastfeeding which was making me soooo hungry and having lack of support with him I was forever exhausted turning to takeouts and easy fatty meals, I have never bothered trying to loose weight before but now being the biggest I have ever been I think its time! I really don’t know how to start there are so many ideas out there!
